Cheap flat rate shipping for all other orders.
Canada
We ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Under $150 CAD costs $10 flat rate shipping via Canada Post Expedited parcel.
Over $150 CAD free shipping.
For free shipping we reserve the right to select the cheapest courier available. PO boxes will always go via Canada Post. If your address cannot accept courier deliveries (i.e. deliveries from UPS/Fedex/Purolator/etc) and you are not shipping to a PO box please let us know via email.
Extra small orders under $20 have an additional $5 shipping fee for provinces outside of Ontario and Quebec.
USA Shipping
Unfortunately due to recent changes in US import regulations we can no longer send shipments tax and duty free.
The vast majority of our fabrics have a tariff rate of 7%-9% however this is subject to change. All shipments are sent duties unpaid. Customers will need to make payment at the time of receipt. It's not possible at this time for us to provide an estimate of duties. Shipments returned due to duties non-payment will be refunded less shipping costs to and from.
We are working on a delivery duties paid option for the future.

International
International orders do not include taxes.
For UK orders: 20% tax may be due upon delivery and is the responsibility of the customer.
For Australian orders: orders less than $800 AUD are generally tax free but subject to change based on local law.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Lettermail
We can sometimes ship by lettermail but you must email us prior to placing your order to be sent a custom invoice. We cannot make adjustments to prior orders.
All swatches automatically ship free via lettermail.
If you are ordering something that is small / thin (i.e. a 1/2 yard of cotton) and you want us to send it lettermail please email us at orders@riversidefabrics.ca and we will confirm if it's possible. You must email us prior to ordering.
