Pre-folded - note 19mm is the folded with. Matte black scalloped elastic. Perfect for lingerie or anywhere else a delicate stretch edge is needed. Pre-folded is even easier than foldover elastic but works the same. Insert raw edge into elastic and sew.

Great for undies
